The executive governor of Oyo state, Seyi Makinde has reiterated his commitment to sons, daughters and residents of Iseyin, said he will soon announce the establishment of an higher institution he promised them before the election.
Makinde affirmed to do one of his campaign promises he made to the people of Iseyin on Friday when he attended 8-day fidau prayer of late mother of the state’s chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Omokunmi Mustapha, held in Iseyin town.
He said, : “When I was campaigning for the Governorship position, I made a promise here in Iseyin. I said we will establish a higher institution here. In six weeks from now, we will make the announcement.”
