Insecurity: Ibadan North LG Chair’ Agba Egbe Hands Over Security Building To Amotekun Operatives
The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government has officially handed over a security building to the men of the Western Nigerian Security Network(AMOTEKUN)
Agba Egbe as popularly known said the presentation of the building to the Amotekun Corps was another symbolic representation of governor Seyi Makinde’s administration’s commitment towards providing a safe environment for all the people of the state, Ibadan North in particular.
He said; the building was put in place considering the earnings from the students and residents to have a security post closer to them.
He noted that the gesture was part of his administration’s continued collaboration and cooperation with the security agencies, to improve the security of lives and property in Ibadan North Local Government.
The chairman said that apart from the building, equipment, and gadgets for local security agencies being put in place, the administration has also continued to support all the security agencies with other forms of logistics.
