Former Oyo PDP Youth Leader, Adekola Resigns Party Membership
Asiwaju Adekola Adeoye, former Oyo State People’s Democratic Party (PDP) youth leader has tendered his resignation letter from the party, westerndailynews reports.
Adekola in his letter, addressed to Ward 9 party chairman of Ibadan Northwest local government area on Friday said he is quiting PDP as a result of irreconcilable differences.
The former PDP state youth leader joined PDP in 2017 from Accord party and was instrumental in the election victory of governor Seyi Makinde in 2019.

May I begin by thanking my Ward Chairman and all friends and well wishers in my ward and indeed from across the state for the support I enjoyed during my stay in the PDP.
It is with a deep sense of responsibility that I write to notify you that as a result of serious irreconcilable differences, I have reached the conclusion that my continued stay in the PDP is untenable and therefore effective from today, Friday the 22nd day of April, 2022 I have withdrawn my membership from the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.
