The Bimbo Adekanmbi Support for Excellence (BASE), a youth movement dedicated to promoting the vision, leadership and people-centred agenda of Oyo State governorship candidate, Bimbo Adekanmbi, has felicitated with a prominent political leader in the state, Alhaji Adebisi Olopoeyan, on the occasion of his 65th birthday.
In a congratulatory message issued by the movement’s state coordinator, Kolawole Akanmu, BASE described Olopoeyan as a distinguished political statesman who has remained consistent and committed to the growth and development of politics in Oyo State.
The movement commended Olopoeyan for his years of contribution to the political landscape of the state, describing him as a leader whose experience, courage and commitment have continued to earn him respect across political divides.
BASE also applauded Olopoeyan for his continued support for the governorship ambition of Bimbo Adekanmbi, noting that his confidence in Adekanmbi reflects his belief in excellence, integrity and inclusive governance.
According to the movement, Olopoeyan’s support for Adekanmbi demonstrates his commitment to encouraging a new generation of leadership capable of advancing the development of Oyo State.
