In recognition of his remarkable contributions to the development of humanity and his unwavering commitment to peace and community well-being, Alhaji Isiaka Olalekan, an indigene of Ilua in Kajola Local Government Area of Oyo State, has been honoured with the City Movers Magazine Award of Outstanding Trado-Medical Doctor of the Year.
The prestigious award was presented to him on Sunday, October 19, 2025, in Akure, Ondo State. The event, organized by City Movers Magazine, attracted notable personalities from various walks of life who gathered to celebrate excellence and dedication to societal advancement.
Alhaji Isiaka Olalekan, who currently serves as the Chairman of Ilua Parapo Home and Abroad, was recognized for his immense contributions to traditional medicine and his role in promoting health, harmony, and unity within his community and beyond. His decades-long practice has not only provided alternative healthcare solutions but has also reinforced the relevance of traditional medicine in contemporary society.
