Akeem Salawu Inaugurates 40 Ward Coordinators Across Oyo Federal Constituency
Hon. Akeem Adedamola Salawu (Ilana Mekunu) has inaugurated ward coordinators across the Oyo Federal Constituency, comprising Atiba, Afijio, Oyo West and Oyo East Local Government Areas.
The development sees the appointment of coordinators across the 40 wards within the four local government areas, with 10 wards in each local government.
The newly inaugurated ward coordinators will form part of the grassroots structure of Ilana Mekunu, strengthening the movement’s presence and coordination across communities within the constituency.
The appointments cover all 10 wards in Atiba, all 10 wards in Afijio, all 10 wards in Oyo West, and all 10 wards in Oyo East, bringing the total number of ward coordinators to 40.
The move further demonstrates the commitment of Hon. Akeem Salawu and Ilana Mekunu to building a structured grassroots network across the Oyo Federal Constituency and ensuring effective coordination at the ward level.
With representation across all 40 wards, the movement continues to expand its grassroots structure across the constituency.
