100 Days: Ib’ North Chair, Biro Commends Makinde’s Efforts In Governance
The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Waheed Biro, has commended the Oyo State Governor, Engr. Abiodun Seyi Makinde, on his 100 days in office as second-term governor, said he has taken the state to an enviable height.
Hon. Biro revealed that the State Governor has made administration easier at the grassroots, especially in Ibadan North local government, ranging from health, education, security, and the recent palliative disbursement to cushion the removal of fuel subsidy.
According to him, the State Governor has taken the state to an enviable height since he came on board, adding that everything would be done to protect the achievements of the governor jealously and, at the same time, use them for the help they were provided.
He said; “Going by the recent palliative disbursement to the vulnerable in my local government, Ibadan North, I am glad to let you know we have succeeded in the disbursement. If you go around, the masses are joyous.
“Nothing would have been achievable if not for the proactive measure of our pragmatic governor.
“I must tell you that we are doing well here and we are short of words to congratulate and express our gratitude to the state governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde for providing our people with the basic needs at the grassroots.”
