The Executive Chairman of Lagelu local government, Hon. Kazeem Gbadamosi, has described the 100 days in the office of His Excellency Seyi Makinde as outstanding and remarkable.
Gbadamosi, in a statement issued to congratulate Governor Seyi Makinde for his 100 days of starting Omitotun 2.0, said the people of Oyo state made no mistake to have returned the governor for a second term.
He added that Governor Seyi Makinde was so sensitive to have managed the last 100 days of his administration despite the workloads.
Gbadamosi said, with 100 days, the governor was able to manage the crisis emanating from Oyo workers, launching of sensitization campaign for butchers and livestock dealers on the dangers of anthrax disease, received Major General Valentine Okoro, the 44th General Officer Commanding, 2 Division, Nigerian Army and his entourage on a courtesy visit, distribution of farm inputs to smallholder farmers in Ogbomoso and Oke-Ogun Zones under the World Bank-assisted Oyo COVID-19 Action Recovery and Economic Stimulus (OYS-CARES) program, the introduction of the Sustainable Actions for Economic Recovery (SAfER) Programme to the citizens of Oyo State, construction of Olodo/Iya Church link bridge and many more.

“He started his first 100 days on a good note. Governor Makinde started from where he stopped his good governance of Omititun 1.0.
In just 100 days of another journey, Governor Makinde had easily done what seemed hard for his colleagues in other states.
“Governor Makinde in 100 days, his new administration had worked to promote political stability to engender peace, progress and development in Oyo state” Gbadamosi stated.
