Makinde’s Aide, Bibire Condoles Ibadan North Fed. Reps PDP Candidate, Lanre Sarumi Over Father’s Death
Makinde’s Special Adviser On Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon Adeniyi Adeyinka Kazim ‘Bibire’ has on behalf of himself and his ly conveyed his condolences to the Ibadan North PDP house of representatives candidate Hon. Lanre Sarumi over the death of his father, Hon. Tayo Sarumi passed on in Ibadan on Friday evening at the age of 75.
Bibire described the late Hon. Tayo Sarumi who was a former House of Representatives member Abuja, represented Ibadan North as a very detribalized and brilliant legislator while serving.”
According to the Bibire, “Hon. Sarumi gave his best while representing the people of Ibadan North at the National Assembly. He remained a strong voice in fighting for the upholding of democratic tenets of good governance, equality, social justice, equity, fairness, and respect for the rule of law.”
While condoling, the Son, Lanre, the federal lawmaker hopeful, Bibire also urged Sarumi’s family and people of Ibadan North to give thanks to God for the deceased’s exemplary and accomplished life.
“Hon. Bibire joins members of his family and the people of Ibadan North Local Government in praying that God Almighty will grant Hon. Tayo Sarumi peaceful and eternal rest from his labors on earth” the statement added.
Late Tayo Sarumi was the biological father of Oyo People’s Democratic Candidate for Ibadan North House of Representatives candidate, Lanre Sarumi.
