Olubadan Died After A Brief Illness – Oloko
The media aide to late Olubadan of Ibadan, Mr Adeola Oloko has said the late monarch died after a brief illness.
The Olubadan of Ibadan, Oba Saliu Adetunji this morning joined his ancestor at the age of 93.
The media aide, Oloko while confirming the death of late monarch, he said Oba Saliu Adetunji died at the University college hospital, UCH around 1a.m, Sunday, January 2nd.
Adeola Oloko said arrangement were being made to bury the monarch who was a devoted muslim at 4p.m in a muslim way, revealed that Oba Saliu was survived by wives and many children.
our correspondent who is currently at his place reports that sympathisers, wives and relations of the monarch were lamenting his passage.
