What Sunday Igboho, Oyo Police Commissioner Ngozi Onadeko Discussed During Meeting

The Oyo state police command has reportedly held a meeting with Sunday Adeyemo, the Yoruba activist, who gave Fulani herdsmen quit notice in Igangan, Ibarapa local government area of Oyo state.

It was reported that Adeyemo, popularly known as Igboho, in Ibadan has told the people that he had a meeting with the police commissioner in Oyo, Ngozi Onadeko, and her deputy.

 

 

According to a video posted on the internet, Igboho said he was not arrested by the police despite the order of Oyo state governor, Seyi Makinde.

 

Igboho, who spoke in Yoruba said the police authorities assured him that more policemen will be drafted to the area to maintain law and order.

He appealed to the people to cooperate with the police area commander and other policemen.

Igboho said he got assurances from the police that security will improve in the area.
