The Mogaji of Bada family compound, Oke Offa Atipe, Ibadan, Hon, Ibrahim Olasupo has extended warm congratulations to the Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Owolabi Olakelehin, on the auspicious occasion of his 90th birthday.
In a statement released on Saturday, Mogaji Bada described the Olubadan’s milestone as not only a celebration of longevity but also a testament to a lifetime of unwavering service, wisdom, and commitment to the progress of Ibadanland and the Yoruba nation.
“Reaching the age of 90 is a divine blessing, and we are thankful to God for the life of our revered monarch,” Mogaji Bada said. “Kabiyesi has remained a pillar of tradition, unity, and peace in our land. His leadership has brought renewed pride to the Ibadan traditional institution.”
The Mogaji also commended the Olubadan for his role in fostering harmony among the traditional council and his advocacy for community development and cultural preservation.
“As sons and daughters of Ibadan, we are immensely proud to celebrate this historic occasion with Kabiyesi. On behalf of the Bada family of Oke Offa Atipe, I wish His Imperial Majesty continued good health, divine protection, and more fruitful years on the throne,” he added.
