Apero Mekunu Movement Congratulates Alaafin-designate, Prince Akeem Owoade

 

An Oyo state-based socio-political group, Apero Mekunu Movement has joined the Sons and daughters of Oyo town, the people of Oyo state, and the Yoruba race to rejoice and congratulate Prince Abimbola Akeem Owoade over his appointment as the new Alaafin of Oyo.

It will be recall, that the
Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde yesterday approved the appointment of Prince Abimbola Owoade as the new Alaafin of Oyo.

The announcement was made in a statement on Friday by the Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Dotun Oyelade.

Apero Mekunu Movement described Prince Abimbola Owoade
as a man of vast experience and exposure, and urges the Alaafin designate to use the highly esteemed stool to advance the peace, security, and development of the Oyo town, Oyo state, and Yorubaland.
