2023: Oyo Lawmaker, Akinajo Inaugurates Ib’ North East Campaign Committee For Gov. Makinde, Other PDP Candidates

The coordinator of governor Makinde’s reelection bid in Ibadan North East local government, Hon. Olamide Akinajo has inaugurated a 16-man campaign committee to mobilize votes for the governor ahead of the 2023 general elections.

Akinajo inaugurated the committee on Saturday at the local government council secretariat and said it was part of preparations toward ensuring the success of the re-election bid of governor Makinde.

According to him, “the members of the committee were carefully selected owing to their abilities and the belief that they will work, and deliver our local government for the party.

Our mission is to work do the re-election of governor Makinde and also other party candidates in our local government. We need to complement the governor’s effort in restructuring the state with our votes, so let us get to work” Akinajo stated

Akinajo commended the committee members for accepting to serve on the campaign committee, saying it was not possible to accommodate everyone, hence the scrutinization process to ensure the committee reflected all interests and groups.
